We understand that our products may not be up to everyone's standards however, we strive to provide high quality customer service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Anything that appears to be washed, worn or altered in anyway will not qualify for a refund. Items that are damaged or broken will receive an instant refund after photo proof.
Returns may be returned within the first 14 days when you receive your item. Anything over 14 days cannot be refunded and store credit will be offered instead.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included with the refund amount.
Please go to our customer support page and create a ticket and we will get back to you ASAP. Please have your order number ready and note that we may ask for photos as evidence.
We deliver our items to the address provided in the "shipping address" section during checkout and cannot make any changes once the parcel has been sent. Please make sure that the information entered is correct. Orders that have an invalid address will be cancelled and refunded. Incorrect addresses after shipment is completed is not eligible for a refund.
We do not accept responsibility for orders that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier with the provided tracking number if there are any issues.
After we have received your return item and deemed it to be eligible, you will receive your refund through the original payment method. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please expect up to 7 days for the refund to show in your bank statement.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
