We understand that our products may not be up to everyone's standards however, we strive to provide high quality customer service.

Want to return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Anything that appears to be washed, worn or altered in anyway will not qualify for a refund. 

Returns may be returned within the first 14 days when you receive your item. 

How to return an item?

Please go to our customer support page and create a ticket and we will get back to you ASAP. Please have your order number ready and note that we may ask for photos as evidence.


Domestic (Australia): You are lucky! We will email you a page to print out and stick onto your package for a free return.

International: Your are not so lucky. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.


After we have received your return item and deemed it to be eligible, you will receive your refund through the original payment method. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please expect up to 7 days for the refund to show in your bank statement. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
